Culture is a subtle thing and it can take years of bumping into it before an individual instinctively knows and understands the culture of a company, and somewhere along that way they may decide they actually don’t even like it, many months after joining. We want to make sure that our culture is transparent so that whoever is considering joining us knows what they are signing up for. And then, once onboard, we work to shorten the cultural learning curve by actually speaking to, and training on our story - our description of our culture and how we organize and work together.
