Further, those who find and report defects recognize that their find is appreciated and it will be acted upon immediately, and as such they are encouraged to take the time to report what else they may find in the future. And, your Customer has a much better experience that translates into higher on-boarding conversion and long term retention. Fixing a defect when found is way cheaper, increases employee morale, and it attracts and keeps more customers. There is no good reason to fix a defect later.
